I appreciate their honesty and transparency; it makes me feel secure knowing that I’m not being upsold on services I don't need. The waiting area has some magazines and coffee, which is nice, but I wish they offered complimentary snacks too! The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because they sometimes get busy, and I’ve had to wait longer than expected on a few occasions. However, the quality of service is worth it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto repairs!
